FormFox Rewards

  • How Does It Work
  • For the next few months, we will be having weekly drawings rather than monthly drawings. At the beginning of each week, all collection scores will be reset to zero. Throughout the week, each collector will receive one point for each collection completed on the FormFox website. At the end of the week, each collector will be entered into a drawing — once for each collection point. The more collections you perform, the better your chances to win!
  • Who Can Participate
  • There's no need to sign up for anything – All collectors registered on FormFox are automatically involved.
  • What Can I Win
  • Prizes will vary each week/month along with the number of winners. We like gift cards, but that doesn't mean that we won't see other exciting and possibly unexpected prizes come down the pipe from time to time.
